The Foundation is committed to continuing to support teacher grant requests as funds permit. Please complete your grant application and submit them to Piper Turner at email@example.com.
The application deadlines and review dates are below:
– Applications submitted by February 19 will be reviewed on March 5
– Applications submitted by March 14 will be reviewed on April 2
– Applications submitted by April 23 will be reviewed on May 7
The 2017-2018 BTW grant application is available in two formats:
2017-18 – BTW Foundation Grant Application – PDF
2017-18 – BTW Foundation Grant Application – MS WORD
Applications must include your signature and the signatures of the Department Chair and Principal.
HOW DO YOU GET THE MONEY?
Once your grant has been approved, you’ll need to complete and submit this Check Request Form to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain the grant money.

After submission of an application, a member of the Foundation Board may contact you with questions or requests for additional information to assist the Board’s evaluation of your request.
